Constantine II, as Caesar, 316-337. Follis (Bronze, 19 mm, 2.56 g, 7 h), a contemporary imitation of an issue from Arelate, irregular mint, after 327. CONSTANTINVS IVN OC Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Constantine II to left. Rev. VIRTVS CAISA / CONS Campgate with open doors and four turrets; above, star. Cf. RIC 322 or 333 (for possible prototype). Slightly rough, otherwise, nearly extremely fine.
